Complete study of the stability and the renovation of the construction.
The building, with a concrete carcass, was constructed in the early 20th century. It has been used as an exposition hall for cars and has a strong architectural presence because of the glazed dome on the roof. Some structural adaptations were necessary for the use of offices in the building. The modifications are the reinforcement of the structure of the glazed dome (replacement of single glazed windows with double glazed windows).
Previous structure in reinforced concrete. Urban environment. Reinforcement of the old metal frame, which supports the glazed dome.
