Concept
Several interventions on the public space in the European district in Brussels and around the so-called Sceptre neighbourhood in Ixelles (Brussels). More specifically, the project consists of creating a pedestrian and bicycles link, along the railway n°126, between the chaussée de Wavre - which is the south of the esplanade in front of the European Parliament - and the Gray street. One of several footbridges (crossing of the Viaduct street and link Sceptre-Gray) may be necessary to create this link.
