Concept
The new building with three floors above ground level contains two restaurants for respectively 300 and 400 persons in an acoustic comfortable environment. The ground floor is occupied by the kitchens to prepare 1400 meals daily.
Specific features
The horizontal structural elements are made of concrete. The columns are metal sections filled with concrete. The stability of the whole is insured by the building elements working as a frame. The existing accessing footbridge had to be conserved.
