Concept
Consultant mission for the construction of the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (LANITH) in Vientiane, LAO PDR. This building is environmentally friendly,energy efficient, low maintenance, cost efficient and adapted to local climatic conditions and its usage as a tourism and hospitality training premises.
Specific features
The building is located in a high potential seismic area and must meet the requirements of national and international seismic design rules. The choice of materials and structural system is conditioned by the environmental objectives, its energy efficiency, the use of local materials and cost reduction.
