Complete structural and civil engineering study, including exterior technical networks and landscaping.
Concept
Construction of a housing block containing 25 appartments with an underground parking in the Neudorf district of Luxemburg-City.
Traditional building materials are used : Reinforced concrete slabs and masonry walls. The force transfers between levels are made using reinforced concrete walls and beams.
Specific features
The project is desinged as a low energy building. The HVAC ducts are incorporated in the concrete slabs, which have a thickness of just 20cm.
The roof is made of a wooden structure on the curved part and a concrete slab elsewhere. Solar and photovoltaic panels are placed on the roof.
