Concept
Construction of a complex comprising 2 levels of common underground parking (29m X 220m), 3 commercial halls of 2 levels each (length 29m and variable width), and 3 towers of 9 levels each (29m x 15.5m). The towers provide office space while the commercial buildings are mixed-use flexible spaces.
Specific features
The checker-patterned façade is a structural wall element in reinforced concrete transferring the loads above the parking circulation areas.
