Concept
The center includes a daycare center, service flats and a retirement hotel.
Specific features
During the design process a possible far reaching prefabrication of all structural elements was taken into account. This had to allow for a fast execution on site. Special attention was given to large spans (+15m) and the special rhythm of prefabricated façade elements (over the different levels).
