Complete study of stability in partnership with Soliprom.
Concept
The site is on the road La Hulpe at Watermael-Boitsfort. The building is on a rectangular surface of 80 meters on 22 meters. The building will provide a parking with 200 places between -4 and -1. The offices set out again between the -1 and the +7. The bearing structure is made out of concrete and the floors with an average span of 7,5m are made of prestressed hollow core slabs.
Specific features
Excavation for the secant piles is carried out with a double bed of anchoring tie beans without lowering of the water-level.
All structural elements were prefabricated in order to decrease construction delays and the costs of execution.
