Concept
Stefan and Kristof Boxy, well-know Belgian chefs, works since 2005 in the building designed by Maarten Van Severen at Deurle. The steel structure of the culinary pavilion is supported by piles. The pavilion is for the most part glazed in order to open up to the environment.
