Concept
A temporary light installation designed by the german artists Anny and Sibel Oztürk, with the help of the architect Michel Müller.
The sculpture will be presented on the Schuman rondabout in Brussels, for the german Presidency of the EU.

The ring forms a 3D truss beam giving resistance to the vertical weight loading and horizontal wind loading.
