Concept
One of the 3 pavilions built for the 100th anniversary of the City of Esch built on the Nonnewisen site, will be permanent.
Specific features
This pavilion is characterised by the contrast between its massive reinforced concrete foundations and its light superstructure of steel portals. The ground slab sits on foundation beams at an interval of 6m. The entire structure is situated above the surrounding site – the little river bed that is nearby, will be widened so that it runs under the pavilion.
