Ney and Partners's design for a second crossing of the river Scheldt at Temse, made for the temporary association HYE - CORDEEL - AELTERMAN - FABRICOM, has been proclaimed by minister Kris Peeters as winner of a design and build competition.  A competition organised by the Flemish Community.  The new bridge is positioned next to the existing trussed bridge and is designed for both vehicle and pedestrian and cyclist traffic.  Beginning of the works is foreseen 2007.
