Stalhille - 27/10/2004

The pedestrian bridge at Stalhille over the canal Bruges-Oostend will be put into place Friday 29th october 2004.  After installation, the bridge will be temporarily locked in open position in order not to obstruct the buzy canal traffic .   At this stage the steel structure and access ways will finished.  The innovative bridge opening system will finally be shown at the official opening of the bridge in a few weeks time.
